[Lottery Sale 0718_11] Pink Grossular Garnet from Myanmar, 0.558 ct. Loose Stone, JGGL certified

Garnet, known as the birthstone for January, actually comes in a variety of colors, not just red, but also orange, yellow, green, pink, and more. This is a rare pink grossular garnet. While grossular garnets also include tsavorite and hessonite, pink varieties are particularly scarce, and their gentle, lovely color is their charm.
This is a highly transparent pink grossular garnet. We carefully selected and purchased it from a lot brought in by a Burmese gem dealer overseas. Pink grossular garnets are generally known to have many inclusions, and gem-quality specimens are rare, but this one is a highly transparent pink grossular garnet among them. An identification report is included.
