0.481ct Loose Pink Grossular Garnet from Myanmar, with Japan-Germany Gemological Report
Garnet, known as the birthstone for January, actually comes in a variety of colors in addition to red, including orange, yellow, green, and pink. This particular gem is a rare pink grossular garnet. While grossular garnets also include tsavorites and hessonites, pink grossular garnets are particularly uncommon in circulation, and their gentle, lovely hue is a major attraction.
This is a highly transparent pink grossular garnet. We carefully selected and purchased it from a lot brought in by a Burmese jeweler overseas. Pink grossular garnets are generally known to have many inclusions, and gem-quality pieces are rare, but this one stands out for its high transparency. An identification report is included.

* For products with UV fluorescence photos, we use a 365nm wavelength blacklight for shooting. If you use a light with a different wavelength (e.g., around 395nm), the fluorescence may appear weak or be difficult to confirm. The blacklight we use is here.
