Tourmaline is known as a treasure trove of colors. Its etymology is also "turamali" in Sinhalese, meaning "mixed colors." Among them, this green tourmaline is called "Green Tourmaline." You just can't help but want to collect all the different colors of tourmaline, can you?
This is a Brazilian tourmaline with inclusions, but it offers a rich blue-green color. We purchased it in Hong Kong from a Brazilian gemstone dealer among a lot. It has a carefully executed cut with almost no color fading when viewed from the front. An appraisal report is included.
