Teal Green Sapphire 3.1mm/0.142ct Loose

The famous sapphire is widely known. While it shares the same mineral, corundum, with rubies, all corundum that is not red is called sapphire. This particular one is a yellow sapphire. With a hardness of 9, second only to diamonds, sapphire is a highly durable and stable gemstone that is easy to care for. Its vibrant blue-green color, reminiscent of a duck's feather, is known as "Teal Blue" in English and has seen increasing popularity in recent years. This is a teal green sapphire, leaning more towards green.
This gem was cut by Sri Lankan master cutter Mr. Sanje. The cut is meticulous, showing no color zoning when viewed from the front.
