Euclase is named after the Greek words "eu" meaning "well" and "klasis" meaning "to cleave." As its name suggests, it has perfect cleavage. Due to its rarity and other factors, it is a rare stone that is seldom made into jewelry. It comes in color variations such as white, colorless, pale green, pale blue, and deep blue.
This is a pink euclase from Brazil with a long hexagonal cut. It comes with a grading report from the Japan-Germany Gemmological Institute.
