Scheelite, 1.066 ct, Loose Stone, Sichuan Province, China, with identification report

¥39,800

Scheelite is generally known for its pale yellowish-white to brownish hues, but colorless, white, gray, orange, and green varieties have also been found. It is known as an important ore of the heavy metal tungsten, and was once said to be produced in large quantities in Japan. It has a high dispersion rate and, depending on the cut, can exhibit a strong fire similar to diamond. However, gem-quality stones are rarely found in large sizes, so few are circulated as gemstones.
This scheelite is from Sichuan Province, China, directly purchased in China. It is a high-quality scheelite with excellent transparency. An appraisal report is included.
