This is Cerussite, a rare gemstone where the calcium component of calcite has been replaced by lead. Due to its low hardness and cleavage, it is difficult to polish, and therefore rarely circulated as a loose stone. It is a gemstone for collectors.

Among cerussite, this is a particularly high-quality, highly transparent cerussite from Morocco. It is an emerald cut. An appraisal certificate from the Japan Germany Gemological Institute is included.
