Polish Zincite 1.059 ct Loose Stone, Nichidoku Appraisal

Zincite, a fiery red, orange, or reddish-brown stone, is known in Japanese as Beni Aenkou. Its color is naturally occurring due to the manganese it typically contains. Synthetic stones, however, do not contain manganese impurities and are therefore transparent, which is quite interesting. It is primarily found in the Franklin Mine in the United States, and is a rare stone found in only a few other locations worldwide. New Jersey
