Oregon sunstone is said to be the most beautiful labradorite in the world. It is a stone that has been gaining popularity in recent years. Some types have inclusions that reflect like glitter within the stone, a phenomenon called aventurescence (schiller effect). To accurately convey these optical effects, a penlight is used for photography.
