Quartz, known as Suisho in Japanese, is a familiar stone in Japan, but it is also a deep and complex stone with a remarkably wide variety of types, such as amethyst and citrine. This quartz, with red "flower petals" dancing within, is called Tinkerbell Quartz or Pink Fire Quartz. To clearly show the inclusions inside, it was photographed using a penlight. Mr. Sange
