Sale price¥14,800

Eudialyte is a mineral reported in Greenland in 1819, and was initially thought to be a type of garnet due to its vivid red color. Later research revealed it to be a complex silicate mineral containing zirconium and rare earth elements, and it has since been classified as an independent mineral.
Its name comes from the Greek meaning "easily dissolved," due to its susceptibility to acids. It is mainly found in special alkaline rock bodies such as the Kola Peninsula in Russia, and its circulation is not large. It often coexists with black and white minerals, and is a popular rare stone among collectors, offering a rich crimson color and unique appearance.
This is a Canadian Eudialyte that has just arrived from Tucson, USA. This is a high-quality loose stone with good transparency and is of gem quality. A certificate of authenticity is included.
