Lazurite, named after the Arabic word meaning "heavenly," is a beautiful gemstone that comes in pale blue-purple, sky blue, blue-green, and bluish white. One of its charms is that it has strong pleochroism, allowing it to appear blue or white depending on the angle from which it is viewed.

This is a high-quality lazurite cut by Sanjay, a Sri Lankan craftsman, with a deep base color and high transparency. It has been carefully cut so that the color does not fade even when viewed from the front.
