Danburite is a rare gemstone known for its beautiful, transparent sparkle. It comes in various colors such as colorless, yellow, and pink. It was named "danburite" after being discovered in Danbury, Connecticut, USA in the 1800s. Its Japanese name is "danburi-ishi".
This is a highly transparent and brilliant danburite with a hexagonal cut, crafted by Sri Lankan polisher Mr. Sanje. It features a meticulous cut with no color loss even when viewed from the front.
