0.099ct Loose Grandidierite from Madagascar

Grandidierite is attractive for its unique blend of blue and green colors. There are many color variations, from blue to green, so it's fun to collect them. Although it was only discovered in gem-quality form in 2014, it is a relatively new stone, and has been selected as one of the "Top 10 Rare Stones in the World."
This grandidierite was polished by Sri Lankan polisher Sanjay.
