Afghanistan Hackmanite 0.091ct loose stone
Hackmanite is a rare stone. It has the mysterious property that when exposed to a black light for 5 to 10 seconds, it changes color to a pale purple and does not return to its original color for a while. It is a relatively new type of rare stone discovered in the Kola Peninsula in Russia in the 1980s. Its low hardness means that care must be taken to avoid hitting it against hard objects.
This is a high quality hackmanite with high transparency.
