Triferrite is a phosphate mineral containing iron and manganese. The name comes from the fact that it contains three (tri) elements (iron, manganese, and lithium). Its color ranges from reddish brown to brown to black, and when held up to the light, it has a unique glassy luster. It is a highly transparent triferrite (color-changing type). It comes with a JTL identification certificate.
