Known as "Menou" in Japanese, it is mineralogically a member of the quartz family.This particular stone is a "Picture Agate," where the patterns resemble a landscape painting. By utilizing the agate's natural banding and applying selective dyeing, a scenery resembling a single painting is created.This piece was crafted by Miuma Kiseki. Layers of blue, green, yellow, and red emerge to form a beautiful landscape reminiscent of mountain ranges and the sky. It is a one-of-a-kind item born from the combination of natural patterns and artisan craftsmanship.
