Sale price¥29,800

Pargasite is a rare stone discovered in Pargas, Finland in 1814. It forms as prismatic crystals in marble and is usually gray or brown in color. When it contains chromium, it turns a vivid emerald green. It is difficult to cut because of its small crystals and high cleavage, but the few cut loose stones in circulation have transparency and a glass-like luster. This is Pakistani pargasite purchased in Tucson, USA.
