Tanzanian Kornerupine Cat's Eye 1.331ct Loose Stone

Cornellpine is attractive for its pleochroism, which makes it appear to be a different color when viewed from different angles. It is one of the rare stones. There are some that magically change color from blue to purple to green to clear. This type has a rare cat's eye effect. A penlight is used for photography. The back side of the stone is basically unpolished.
