The mineral name is natural quartz (crystal), so it is resistant to direct sunlight and dryness and is easy to clean. This is a loose amethyst "Checkerboard x Akatsuki" made by Koshu Takaishi Kiriko, a collaboration between Shimizu Kiseki and Mr. Yoichi Fukasawa.

Koshu precious stone Kiriko was created by two masters: Yukio Shimizu, representative of Shimizu Precious Stones, and Yoichi Fukasawa, representative of Jewelry Craft Fukasawa. Mr. Shimizu handles the facets and Mr. Fukasawa handles the facets. A special patch is included.
