Suou's design is based on a rose motif, which is a reference to the cross-dressing bar Rose where she works part-time, while Tokiwa's design is based on a flower motif, which is depicted in the story as representing joy and excitement.Each design is centered around a gemstone in a color that is associated with their name.
The motifs are connected by diamonds, which represent "pure love" and "eternal bond," and express the hope that the two people, who grow closer each day and feel a pure thrill between them, will continue to be happy forever.
In addition, the arm of the ring that connects the motif to the diamond is also decorated with milgrain, which has meanings such as "eternity" and is also used in wedding rings.
