Collaborative Jewelry: Mokona Chunky Ring

The rubies used in the Mokona Chunky Ring are cut from rough stones into a "buff top" cut, which has a dome-shaped front and faceted (a technique that creates multiple polished surfaces) on the back.

Light reflects off the facets on the back, making the highly transparent ruby ​​shine even more, allowing you to enjoy the beauty that only a jewel can have while also recreating Mokona's appearance on the front.

The pink cheeks are cut into a special oval shape to achieve the perfect balance. After much trial and error, we selected pink chalcedony, which has the most ideal color.

The matte finish creates a fur-like texture, and combined with the striking balance of the face and the overall rounded form, we have strived to recreate Mokona's adorable appearance as closely as possible throughout the entire jewelry piece.
