Colombian emerald 0.40ct rough stone (bicolor)

It is said that the beautiful green of emeralds varies depending on the place of origin. This is a Colombian emerald, which is said to have a particularly deep green color. Emeralds are generally prone to scratches, so they are usually treated with oil to make the scratches less noticeable. Please enjoy the elegant green color.

This Colombian emerald was carefully selected from the collection of Masahiro Shimizu, an emerald hunter who is well known from Matsuko no Shiranai Sekai. It is a highly transparent emerald rough that looks like a building. It is an emerald called Canutillo (Japanese: long, thin tube).
