[On sale at 10pm on 10/24] Afghanistan Hackmanite 15.600ct rough stone
Hackmanite is a rare stone. It has the mysterious feature that when it is exposed to black light for 5 to 10 seconds, it changes color to a pale purple and does not return to its original color for a while. It is a relatively new type of rare stone discovered in the Kola Peninsula in Russia in the 1980s. Its hardness is low, so care must be taken not to hit it against hard objects. This is a rough hackmanite stone purchased for use in polishing jewelry.
