Long ago, fishermen used aquamarine as a talisman for their voyages. It is made from the same mineral "beryl" as emeralds, and the blue to light blue gemstones that resemble the sea are called "aquamarine."
Created by two masters, Yukio Shimizu, president of Shimizu Precious Stone, and Yoichi Fukasawa, president of Jewelry Craft Fukasawa. This is a milky aquamarine from Brazil made by Koshu Kikkiko. The facets were made by Shimizu and the cut surfaces by Fukazawa. It is a checkerboard cut with a colorful design. It is a large stone , measuring 13.5 x 11 mm and weighing 5 carats. It comes with a special patch .
