September birthstone

September's birthstone is sapphire kunzite .

Although sapphires have a strong impression of blue, they actually come in a variety of colors, including yellow, green, orange, and pink. It belongs to the same mineral corundum as ruby , which has an impressive red color. When we simply call it "sapphire", we are referring to blue sapphire . The next most valuable sapphire after blue sapphire is padparadscha sapphire , which has a color that is a mixture of orange and pink.

Kunzite is a gemstone that is popular among collectors because of its pink to purple color. It is a type of mineral spodumene. It is said that the stronger the purple flavor, the higher the value. Due to its brittle nature, care must be taken when wearing it as jewelry.
