*It takes approximately 2 months from request to completion.
However, please note that it may take longer during busy seasons.

*In the unlikely event that a loose piece is chipped or broken during jewelry processing, we will issue a full refund or a replacement item.
However, this is limited to cases where it is made from loose pieces purchased from our company.

*If processing is requested some time after purchase,
as proof of purchase

●Karatz quality guarantee certificate (old differentiation certificate)
●The sticker attached to the case (when purchased at the event)
●Screen capture at the time of purchase ●Product ID, stone name, ct number, purchase time (event of purchase) can be seen
