<Special Notes on Resizing K18 and Platinum Materials>
Since the processing method for collaborative jewelry varies depending on the design, metal thickness, and structure, the resizing fee may change for some items.
In the unlikely event that a stone is damaged during the process, we will replace it with a natural stone of an equivalent class free of charge.
〈For Silver Materials〉
Basic Fee (flat rate)…8,800 yen (tax included)
※Applies to both size increase and size reduction
<Special Notes on Resizing Silver Materials>
Our collaborative jewelry is plated with silver material to achieve both beautiful shine and durability. Silver has high thermal conductivity, so stones may crack during processing.
In the unlikely event that a stone is damaged during the process, we will replace it with a natural stone of an equivalent class free of charge.
After resizing, a new finish (cleaning) will be applied, so the plating process will also be redone.
※For all materials, please inquire in advance.
※Compatibility may vary depending on the design.
【Other Repairs】
We will provide an estimate after checking the condition.
※Please include photos with your inquiry.
■ Service Period
Approximately 2 weeks
■ Shipping Method

■ About Silver Discoloration
Silver can react with moisture and sulfur in the air, causing tarnishing and discoloration (sulfidation).
This is not "rust" but rather a characteristic property of silver.
With proper care, its beautiful shine can be restored.
