Notation Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions
In accordance with Article 15-3 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, our store has established the following return policy.

About Sales Prices
Sales prices are the amount displayed for each product (displayed price/tax included).

Payment Period and Method for Charges (Consideration)
Payment Methods: Credit card, convenience store payment, Amazon Pay, carrier payment (Docomo Pay, au Easy Payment, SoftBank Collective Payment) are available.
Payment Period: Payment is confirmed at the time of product order.

※For credit card company and carrier closing dates and withdrawal dates, please contact the respective company.
※Convenience store payment: Payment within 10 days
※Carrier payment: Payment date specified by each company
※Paidy Postpaid: You will be billed by Paidy Inc. the following month, and payment must be made by the due date specified by Paidy Inc.
※Convenience store payment is limited to 300,000 yen. It cannot be used for amounts exceeding 300,000 yen.

Special Provisions for Returns
Product exchanges/returns are not accepted for reasons attributable to the customer.

While our store's product photos are taken to reproduce the actual colors as accurately as possible, they may appear differently depending on the shooting environment and monitor settings.
Also, due to the nature of natural stones, inclusions, scratches, and chips may be present. Since we photograph them to show their condition, returns due to differences in perceived image caused by these factors are not accepted.

In Case of Defects or Malfunctions Attributable to Our Store
If there is damage upon arrival of the product, or an error in the contents, we will accept returns/exchanges if you contact us within 5 days of the product's arrival date (first delivery date).
Once the product arrives at our company and is confirmed to be the same as the purchased item, we will promptly exchange or refund it.

Time of Delivery of Services or Products
Typically, we ship within 3 business days after order confirmation (excluding busy seasons).
Business days are weekdays; we do not process shipments on weekends or public holidays.
