The sales price will be the amount displayed for each product (display price/tax included).

Payment methods: Credit card, convenience store transfer, bank transfer, and AmazonPay are available.
Payment period: Payment is confirmed at the time of ordering the product.

*The maximum amount for convenience store payments is 300,000 yen. If your purchase amount is more than 300,000 yen, you cannot use convenience store payments.

If the product you receive is defective or incomplete, we will accept a return or exchange. If the product is defective or the wrong item, we will exchange or refund the product after you return it to us, postage paid by us.

As with AGL member appraisal institutions, in the unlikely event that the results stated on the quality assurance certificate issued by Caratz differ from the objective facts, we will provide a full refund and cover the costs of round-trip shipping, sorting, and the appraisal certificate.

Generally, we will ship within 3 business days of purchase, however this may not be the case during peak periods.
・If you pay by convenience store transfer, your order will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
・If you use deferred payment, your order will be shipped within 3 business days after your order is confirmed.
Business days are weekdays. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Shipping costs are 480 yen (tax included) nationwide.
For items under 20,000 yen, we will use Nekopos (with tracking number, delivered to your mailbox)
For items over 20,000 yen, we use Takkyubin Compact (with tracking number, delivered directly to you)
