Sphene

Sphene, which sparkles in the light, is said to have a higher dispersion rate than diamond. It is also called titanite. Colors include yellow, green, red, gray, and brown. It has a low Mohs hardness of 5 - 5.5 and is brittle, so care must be taken when wearing it as jewelry. There seem to be many collectors who enjoy it loose.
