*Orders and payments confirmed by 10:00 on Friday, December 26, 2025 will be shipped the same day. (Some exclusions apply, such as made-to-order products.)

*Our workshop will be closed during the New Year holidays, so custom-made processing may take 1 to 2 weeks longer than usual.

*The New Year's Lucky Bags 2026 will be shipped sequentially from Friday, January 9, 2026 onwards.

*For orders, inquiries, and payments made after this date, we will ship and respond to your inquiries in order from Wednesday, January 6th onwards.
