*Orders and payments confirmed by 10:00 on Friday, December 27, 2024 will be shipped on the same day. (Some exceptions apply, such as custom-made items)

*Our workshop will be closed during the New Year holidays, so custom-made processing may take 1 to 2 weeks longer than usual.

*The 2025 New Year's Lucky Bags will be shipped sequentially from Thursday, January 9th, 2023.

*For orders, inquiries, and payments made after this date, we will ship and respond to your orders in the order they are received after January 7th (Tuesday).
