Willemite 0.38ct loose

Rare Stone Willemite . The Japanese name is silica zincite (also known as zinc silicate mineral). This gemstone is also enjoyed as a mineral specimen due to its bright fluorescence. It has a higher light dispersion rate than sapphire or tanzanite, so it sparkles in your hands. There are also color variations such as colorless, yellow, green, and red brown. The vivid fluorescence of this gemstone is said to have led to synthetic stones and similar compounds being used in fluorescent lamps and early color televisions.
