▽Order flow

1. Select your favorite stone (up to 2.0 ct in size) at Karatz STORE and add it to your cart.
Please select from here for loose pieces up to 2.0ct.

2. Select the base metal, stone orientation, and ring size.

3.Order as a set with Ruth.
*Estimated delivery time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

*You can choose the base metal from K18YG (K18 yellow gold), Pt900, K18PG (K18 pink gold), and K18WG (K18 white gold).
Only K18WG has an additional charge.

*For the stone seat part of the semi-custom frame, a skilled craftsman will create a new stone seat according to the shape and size of the stone . The side stone diamond is a colorless diamond with a shine equivalent to VS ~ SI class.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or concerns, such as if you would like to change the side stone to a different gemstone (additional charge) , if you would like a photo of the stone placed in the frame, etc.

【Notes】

-Items will be shipped approximately 6 to 8 weeks after ordering. However, this does not apply if it is crowded. (Processing/shipping is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

・Maximum ring size is up to size 15. If the number exceeds 15, an additional charge of 1,500 yen per issue will be charged. Rings are available in 0.5 size units.

・Additional charges will apply if you wish to have loose pieces larger than 2ct. However, we may refuse stones that are too long in both length and width, stones that are too thick, or stones that cannot be processed.

・We generally do not accept loose items you bring in, but we can make them if you have purchased them at our store in the past. Please contact us in advance and we will ship the item to you at your expense. (Please use a shipping method with a tracking number)
